This phase II trial tests how well erdafitinib works in controlling IDH-wild type (WT) gliomas with FGFR-TACC gene fusion that have returned or that have grown, spread, or gotten worse (progressed). Erdafitinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal FGFR protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This may help keep tumor cells from growing and may kill them. Giving erdafitinib may help to slow the growth of or to shrink tumor cells in patients with recurrent or progressive IDH-wild type gliomas with FGFR-TACC gene fusion. Read Less

This ComboMATCH patient screening trial is the gateway to a coordinated set of clinical trials to study cancer treatment directed by genetic testing. Patients with solid tumors that have spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) or have spread to other places in the body (advanced) and have progressed on at least one line of standard systemic therapy or have no standard treatment that has been shown to prolong overall survival may be candidates for these trials. Genetic tests look at the unique genetic material (genes) of patients' tumor cells. Patients with some genetic changes or abnormalities (mutations) may benefit from treatment that targets that particular genetic mutation. ComboMATCH is designed to match patients to a treatment that may work to control their tumor and may help doctors plan better treatment for patients with locally advanced or advanced solid tumors. This phase I/II trial tests the combination of nivolumab and ipilimumab with sirolimus and prednisone for the treatment of skin (cutaneous) cancer that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) or that has spread from where it first started to other places in the body (metastatic) in kidney transplant recipients. Immunotherapy with nivolumab and ipilimumab, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Sirolimus and prednisone are immunosuppressants that are given to keep the body from rejecting the transplanted kidney. Giving nivolumab and ipilimumab in combination with sirolimus and prednisone may kill more cancer cells, while also keeping the transplanted kidney healthy, in patients with unresectable or metastatic cutaneous cancer who have received a kidney transplant. In this project, the investigators will implement innovations to extend use of Contingency Management (CM) to facilitate alcohol use reduction among people living with HIV (PLWH). The investigators' approach to extending CM will use mobile health (mHealth) tools including a smartphone breathalyzer device with accompanying app and a wrist worn alcohol biosensor. The CHRONICLE Study is a multi-center, non-interventional, prospective cohort study of adults with severe asthma who do not achieve control with high-dose inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) therapy with additional controllers and/or require systemic corticosteroid or monoclonal antibody therapy. Data will be collected from the healthcare provider in a uniform manner for every patient enrolled using an electronic case report form (eCRF). Data will be collected monthly from patients via web-based surveys. Patients will be followed until study discontinuation or the patient withdraws from the study or death, whichever occurs first. This phase II ComboMATCH treatment trial compares selumetinib plus olaparib to selumetinib alone in women with endometrial or ovarian (fallopian tube and primary peritoneal) cancer that has come back (recurrent) or that remains despite treatment (persistent) and harbors a mutation in the RAS pathway. Selumetinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Olaparib is an inhibitor of PARP, an enzyme that helps repair deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) when it becomes damaged. Blocking PARP may help keep tumor cells from repairing their damaged DNA, causing them to die. PARP inhibitors are a type of targeted therapy. The addition of olaparib to selumetinib could increase the percentage of tumors that shrink as well as lengthen the time that the tumors remain stable (without progression) as compared to selumetinib alone. Psoriasis is a long-term skin disease which causes red, itchy, scaly patches most commonly on the knees, elbows, scalp, and torso (chest, back, and abdomen). In participants with psoriasis, certain skin cells multiply much faster and the skin can develop rough patches that may be red or white with scales. There are many types of psoriasis, but plaque psoriasis is the most common. The exact cause of psoriasis is unknown, but researchers think it may be caused by the body's immune system not working properly. This study is designed to enroll 336 participants 18 years of age and older with have been diagnosed with moderate chronic plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months prior to Baseline (Day 1) and who have not previously been treated with a biologic treatment (natural substance that is made by using living cells in a laboratory). This is a Phase 4, randomized, open-label, assessor blinded, active comparator study with 2 Parts. Phase 4 studies test treatments that have already been approved to treat patients with a condition or disease. This study is open-label, which means that both participants and study doctors know which study treatment is given to participants Participants will be administered subcutaneous (SC) treatment of risankizumab every 12 weeks for up to 44 weeks or provided deucravacitinib oral tablets to be taken once daily. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care (due to study procedures). Participants will attend regular (weekly, monthly) visits during the study at a hospital or clinic.
